What has been done

• Every page works without JavaScript, except that the request form's send button stays off, because the checks on it live in a script. The form says so and gives the mail address and telephone number instead.
• Everything is reachable by keyboard, in a sensible order, and the focused element is visibly outlined. A skip link at the top of each page jumps past the navigation.
• Text contrast meets or exceeds the AA ratio against its background throughout, and no information is carried by color alone.
• Headings run in order without skipping a level, so a screen reader's outline matches what is on the page.
• Every photograph has a description written for somebody who cannot see it, rather than a filename.
• Tables have proper headers, so a screen reader can read a row and say which column each figure belongs to.
• Text resizes to 200 percent without anything being cut off, and the layout works down to a 320 pixel wide screen.
• Forms have real labels attached to their fields, not placeholder text pretending to be a label.
• Nothing moves on its own. There is no carousel, no auto playing video, no parallax and no countdown. The one small movement when a section first appears is removed entirely for anybody whose system asks for reduced motion.

What is imperfect

Written honestly, because a statement listing only successes is not a statement.

• The site has been checked by hand and with automated tools. It has not been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so this page does not claim conformance to a standard; it describes what was done.
• The comparison tables need width. Below a certain screen size each one gets its own horizontal scroll rather than reflowing into something narrower, which is a working answer rather than a good one.
• Documents we send you are produced by this office and by suppliers. Ours are plain and readable; what a supplier issues is outside our control, and if one arrives in a form you cannot use, tell us and we will read it to you or retype it.

Everything on this site can be done by telephone. +1 (208) 331-7462, during Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm, Sat 10 am to 2 pm Mountain. If a page is in your way, that number is not a lesser route and there is no charge for it.

Telling us about a problem

Write to care@mytravelinnovations.com with the page and what happened. It is answered by the same office within five business days, and a fix is usually faster than the answer.

If you tell us how you need information sent, we will record it and use it for every future proposal without your having to ask again.
