Where your information goes
Privacy Notice
What this site collects, which is very little, what happens to what you send us, and who else sees it. Reviewed August 14, 2026. The short version is at the top because most of this page is the long version of it.
The short version
- This site sets no cookie of its own except one word you can decline, which only remembers that you answered the question.
- There is no analytics on it. Nothing counts your visit, recognizes you on a return, or builds a profile of you.
- There is no card field anywhere, so no payment information is collected here at any point.
- What you type into a form goes to this office, and to the supplier we need to ask in order to quote your trip. Nowhere else.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. There is no arrangement under which we would.

What we collect, and only when you send it

We do not ask for and do not want: social security numbers, card or bank details, passport scans unless a specific supplier requires one and we have told you why, or any medical information beyond what you choose to tell us so a trip can be arranged around it.
Who else sees it
Suppliers, and only the ones needed for your trip. To quote or book, we pass what is necessary to the airline, hotel, cruise line or tour operator involved. That is the point of asking us. Each of them handles what it receives under its own privacy terms.
Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for anybody's marketing, including our own partners, because there are none.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, which has not yet happened.
Cookies and what this site stores
This site sets one item in your browser, and only if you agree to it: a single word recording that you answered the question about storage. It contains no identifier, it is not read by anybody else, and declining it costs you nothing on this site.
There is no analytics, no advertising tag, no pixel, no fingerprinting and no third party script on these pages. Clearing your browser storage removes the one word.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, as every web host does, containing the address a request came from and what was requested. They are used for security and to keep the site working, and they are not linked to anything you send us.
About advertising
If this site is ever advertised online, any measurement that follows would be handled by the advertising provider under its own terms and would be described here before it is used. At the date at the top of this page there is no advertising tag of any kind on these pages, and you can confirm that by viewing the source.
A search or booking facility
We intend to add a facility to this site that lets you search fares directly. When it is here, it will be operated by an outside supplier rather than by us, and what you type into it goes to that supplier in order to return results.
Two commitments about it, made now rather than afterwards. It will be identified on the page where it appears, and this notice will be updated to name what it collects before it goes live rather than after. Nothing of that kind is running on this site today.
How long we keep things
- A request that does not become a booking: two years, then deleted. People come back the following year, and the previous conversation is genuinely useful when they do.
- A booking: seven years, because tax and accounting records require it.
- A complaint: seven years with the booking it concerns.
- The one word in your browser: until you clear it, or immediately if you decline it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you. Write to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) and you will get it, in writing, within thirty days.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it. We will, unless a booking or a tax record has to be kept, in which case we will say which and why.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. One line, and it stops permanently.
- Decline the stored word, using the card that appears the first time you visit.
We do not charge for any of this and we do not require an account to exercise it.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anybody under thirteen. Children travel on bookings we make; their details reach us from the adult arranging the trip, and they are used only to make the booking.
If this notice changes
The date at the top changes with it, and any material change is described in the text rather than absorbed silently. Questions go to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).
